Location was perfect for what I wanted. Property was very clean. Very comfortable bed and not a noise from outside or other rooms could be heard. Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great hotel with friendly, polite staff and a clean, cosy room. The room had a TV, fridge, kettle and a small safe. A lovely extra was a pack of delicious tea, plus welcome biscuits in the room.

Wonderful hotel. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the best stay of my trip. They were kind enough to accommodate my request for a quiet room, therefore it was quiet during the day and night. As someone with sensitive hearing, I was able to have very restful sleeps here, which is very difficult to get in hotels. Restful sleep is absolutely crucial while on vacation, so I'm incredibly thankful that they made it possible for me to have that. The bed was very comfortable, and the WiFi was fast and reliable for streaming and gaming. The staff were nice, they were also kind enough to allow me to check in early, which was a huge relief after a tiring trip the day before. Also has easy transport options to the city centre with a couple of buses nearby, and a good selection of supermarkets. I'll absolutely stay here again when I return to the beautiful city of Florence!
