Staff was lovely and very friendly. Great location, close to railway station and walking distance to many of the sights. Tram station across the street. Good value for money.

I had such a great stay in Florence! The hotel was in a perfect location—super close to all the main attractions, which made exploring the city really easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The staff were honestly one of the best parts—very friendly, helpful, and always ready to give recommendations for places to eat or visit. Everything felt well-organized and welcoming. Overall, it was a really nice experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Florence!

the room was clean and tidy. the gentleman on reception was lovely, we arrived very early and were allowed to leave our bags to go and explore before checking in. sockets on either sides of the bed, the TV allows for you to log into your own netflix etc.
