The staff are very hospitable, friendly and helpful. The hotel is very very clean modern with authenticity feel in the building. The rooftop terrace lovely to sit whilst having breakfast. Thank you for the cleanliness and impeccable hospitality

The room is small, but very clean! The staff is very friendly! The location is good, you can easily get anyplace in Florence from Emma hotel by bus.

Alberto, the owner, is a sweetheart! I called him asking for a room with 2 beds and he gave us another room FOR FREE! That’s what I’m calling great customer service! Breakfast/ coffee was great, also accommodating people with special culinary needs like me (gluten free)! We’ll be back one day!
