The staff at the property were really helpful and approachable. The hotel itself was placed in a beautiful part of Florence with lovely views and easy access. We booked the superior room which was well worth it, we wished we were staying longer but do plan to return at a later date.

Location was perfect. As keen walkers, we tend to favour staying outside of the tourist areas and this hotel covered it all. Prior to arriving in Florence, I had been exchanging messages with Caterina, as I was organising some surprises for my husbands ‘big’ birthday whilst we were there. Caterina was an absolute marvel, went over and above to help me, nothing was too much trouble. We were even presented with a bottle of bubbles on the day of my husbands birthday, a really kind gesture. On arriving at the hotel, and for the duration of our stay (which was not long enough) we were met with kindness and efficiency and provided with lots of information on local points of interest etc. Breakfast was plentiful and you also had the choice of eating inside or outside in the terrace in the beautiful Tuscan sunshine. An absolute must is to attend the “Happy Hour” each evening from 6.30 onwards where you can enjoy wines and soft drink with the addition of canapés, which is a perfect start to your evening meal plans. Overall, I cannot say enough about this hotel abd would certainly highly recommend to friends and family and we are definitely coming back ❤️❤️

Very recommended hotel. I would stay here again without a doubt. The service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the afternoon and evening snacks were a nice extra. Really 10/10.
