Really close to the city center, a 15 min walk. The staff was really responsive, you cand leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive early.

The Hotel was reasonably close to everything in the old city. As we are an older couple there was still quite a lot of walking to do. But the cleanliness of the room and the fact that the staff were fantastic definitely made the stay fantastic Very comfortable bed. Would have been nice to have a restaurant on site or closer. Wonderful place to explore Florence from.
