We booked 4 rooms for 12 guests. This was by far the most guest-oriented, friendly, smiling, and helpful staff I have ever encountered in European hotels. I honestly didn’t expect to experience service at this level. The hotel’s location is excellent — very close to everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. If I ever come back to Florence, I will 100% stay at this hotel again. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience.
