Very decent hotel in a greatly convenient street, right near the Duomo. An ok distance to walk with wheely luggage from the Railway Station. Staff were polite. Continental Breakfast in the dining room, with scrambled and boiled eggs and meats was very decent. I'd recommend especially if you're on a tight schedule and want to see the main sites, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Academy Gallery, Piazza Della Signoria, and explore the avenues, all in even just a few hours, or couple of days. Room was very nice in a 'period' type of style, with a small patio 'balcony', looking out onto similar in neighbouring flats. We were there in January but in spring and summer, It'd be wonderfully Italian. Restaurants immediately around are on the higher end of what seemed to be the standard range, for pizzas and pastas. We walked to the Mercado Centrale first floor food courts for a variety of Tuscan dishes, as well as burgers and pizza.

All the workers and the receptionist were very helpful. The location was excellent because it was easy to go in the hotel , have a small rest and go out again to visit those wonderful places.
