The hotel was centrally located, near the station. I was travelling alone. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the breakfast room attractive.

Nice hotel with fantastic people at the reception. Very cosy hotel just few steps from the train station. Great cofee at the breakfast and very nice cosmetics in the bathroom. The hotel is so close to the wonderful church Santa Maria Novella and 5mins walking distance to old town.
