The staff of the hotel was incredibly friendly and responsive to all the demands. Also, the communication via email before our trip was flawless. The hotel itself is an architectural masterpiece, with the breakfast hall being the cherry on top. The location is perfect, literally 50m from the Piazza de la Signoria. And let's not forget about the delicious Chianti wine we were being offered upon our arrival.
