Awesome exceptional and fabulous hotel - we arrived very hot and bothered from delays with train - reception were so serene and welcoming in a stunning room. Lift took us to our room - well appointed with delicious bed linen. There were so many sights, shops and restaurants to experience in the immediate vicinity - absolute joy. We changed plans and stayed local and were glad we did. Looking forward to a return visit.

The room (202) was beautiful, our maid was so attentive, making sure she made up our room the way we liked it. The addition of robes and little kits (like the tooth cleaning kit) was so appreciated and the free safe a welcome addition. Highly recommend the breakfast, lovely quality goods and the waiters couldn’t do enough for you. The beds were so comfortable too. Located right in the centre of beautiful shops and not far to walk to all the main attractions it was the perfect base to explore.
