Staff was really nice and the facilities clean and tidy. Nice breakfast with choice for different types of hot drinks. There could be other type of bread instead of sandwich bread/sweet croissant but this seemed to be usual for similar hotels in Florence. There were various cakes and fruits to choose from. The breakfast room & dinning/living room area were very pleasant. WC floor was warm and nice. Shower water pressure good too. Located in a pleasant and quite area, 20-30min walking distance from main attractions in historical center and also easy access by public transport.
