the staff are so friendly and helpful, and knowledgeable. location is excellent right across from boboli gardens. i had a very pleasant view from my room. great room size. would definitely go back. thank you

Annalena is in a great location for the bars, restaurants and sights of Oltrarno. Easy walking distance to everything (15 minutes to Uffizi, Duomo etc.). Friendly, helpful staff and very clean.

Great location for exploring Florence and close to bus stops. They allowed us to store luggage before check in which was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a bunch of flowers in my room and came back one day to find they had been placed in a vase of water which was lovely!
