I loved the staff, they were incredibly kind and always attentive, making me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and everything was delicious. The location is also perfect, very central and only a 3-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient.

There is an exceptionally pleasant atmosphere among the staff, and towards customers, in this lovely hotel. I don't think I've ever been more happy with the service anywhere. Location is great - close to the train station but also Mercado Centrale and the city center in general. For some reason I got a family room so I could have invited 2-3 people to stay :-) And I received some other very pleasant surprises that I won't specify here, as that might build some expectations from other guests and possibly these are not standard practice.
