The fine print
Reception is situated on the 2nd floor of the building. There are around 30 steps to take before you get to the small lift that takes you up to reception.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The hotel is wonderful, its location is 3 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and very close to the main attractions of Florence. The breakfast with Italian specialties, varied. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our choice of Hotel Alessandra!

Great location, 10 minute walk from train station and two minute walk from Ponte Vecchio. Delicious breakfast with something for everyone. Very friendly owners and staff.

The location and staff are amazing. We have a great stay there. The elevator is a bit small but it is normal in Italy especially in the old building.
