There are around 30 steps to take before you get to the small lift that takes you up to reception.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Really friendly and helpful staff, giving plenty of recommendations. The location is also ideal, as close to the historic centre as it's possible to be.

The Room was gorgeous and spacious. The view to the river was magnificient. The breakfeast was delicious especially the croissants. The staff were really welcoming and helpful with great tips to the city's places to eat or to visit. Excelent location near the Vecchio Bridge and the city center.
