This is a "family" hotel- owner is very friendly and helpful. Location cannot be better, hotel is directly in the historical center. Room, bathroom and kitchen are clean.

Everything needed for a stay in central Florence. Located in a beautiful, historic building. The rooms are cosy, clean and have everything for a comfortable stay. Have to note the exceptionally kind staff at the reception as well.
