Top location! A couple of steps from all points of interest and near by town garage. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and tidy. Also quiet despite hotels location. The specific room had no view at all however that would not be a problem for 2-3 days of stay. Beds were amazing. Bathroom also spacious and clean. Breakfast was above average. Personnel at reception and in breakfast room is exceptional! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and lovely vibe. I have stayed here twice now and would book again. The staff are so friendly, the room was quiet and the breakfast had a lot of variety. Good coffee.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The woman who welcomed me at check-in, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, was incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. She showed me the area on the map and recommended several places to visit, which I really appreciated. I arrived about two hours before the official check-in time, but my room was already ready and they kindly allowed me to enter early, which made my arrival much easier after the trip. The location is excellent — very close to the main attractions in Florence and also within easy reach of the train station, so getting around was very convenient. The WiFi worked perfectly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very welcome. I would gladly stay here again if I visit Florence in the future.
