The property is beautiful, a brilliant location, the woman and man on reception when we entered made us feel welcome and nothing was too much. They even let us check-in early which was massively appreciated.

The hotel is perfectly located not too far from the sights or the Railway station. We found the staff very friendly and accommodating. The room we had was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was of a good standard with a good choice for a smaller hotel such as this. If we are back in Florence again we would happily choose this hotel again.

Staff were excellent, location couldnt have been better, breakfast was excellent. Room size was ideal for the 3 of us.
