When I read the comments, i was quite afraid. But it is a regular hostel. It was not the most comfortable one, but for the price and considering the location, it’s quite ok. The staff is kind. I would go back

This hostel is in a beautiful spot in Florence and a very safe area. The room was very clean and cool. The staff were friendly and spoke English well, which made it easier for me. I felt safe as a female solo traveller.

excellent value for money. nice staff. clear. an adequate price for a towel. there is a kitchen with everything you need (everything for cooking, microwave, salt, butter, sugar is possible). there were several chairs for 10 people and hangers stools and sockets for each
