The value for money was excellent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and there were lots of places to sit down and chill out. The free water and coffees/teas were very nice as well. The hotel is located in a very central location, literally five minutes from the train/tram station, and there are lots of nice restaurants/cafes nearby.

Everything you can ask for from a hostel… and even more. Location is centric and very convenient when you arrive on rail (Firenze S.M.N), the place feels like a haven of peace & tranquility for travellers, staff members super helpful, the availability of free drinks (juices, coffees, teas and hot chocolates) is a bonus, and the small Mediterranean garden and terraces to sit & relax. The room and the bathroom were clean and the bunk beds comfy. And we could leave our big backpacks in their storage room for free!

Gorgeous property, lovely courtyard in particular. The building had a renaissance feel and was decorated very nice.
