The staff are the jewel in the crown of this beautiful hotel. From start to finish everyone was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to help, even preempting additional needs, in particular Sifeddine at breakfast. I visited with family including my granddaughters who loved all the little touches which made their visit extra special. The roof top pool is a must, a fabulous space to chill out with a cocktail and pizza whilst taking a dip to cool down. It was also a good place to meet other guests. The quality and standard of the food, service and cocktails was second to none. The rooms are beautiful, so clean and comfortable. The location is great, near the train station, great restaurants and beautiful shops and markets.

The hotel is in the heart of Florence everywhere is no more than a 20 min walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a tad small but overlookdd the piazza. The roof top pool made a lovely place to relax after a long day sightseeing

A really great location, but very disappointing given the price. This was mainly due to the extreme hit and miss with the staff - one particularly surly at breakfast who made us feel quite uncomfortable, but Monica on the front desk was brilliant and had great recommendations - and a very disappointing room that was very stuffy (apparently they’re not allowed to turn on aircon til end April) and uncomfortable to sleep in feeling very dusty and was opposite the cleaning storeroom so meant we constantly had vacuum cleaner wires trailing infront of our door and an open cleaning cupboard to look in. All in all, avoid room 410 like the plague.

Beautiful hotel in great location. The rooftop bar is fantastic with amazing views. The rooms are clean, modern, comfortable and beautiful. But the absolute best part is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Extra mention goes to the lovely Alessia in the front reception who was wonderful, going above and beyond to help us resolve a small issue during our stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We can't wait to be back.
