Breakfast room was lovely and breakfast offering was ample and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a nice addition (though they are very strict with finishing time of 10pm!). Music up there was great. We didn't try the secret bar downstairs but the photos I did see of it weren't inspiring so don't think we missed much.

We had wonderful rooms on the top floor, very spacious and quiet. Location was perfect, everywhere was within walking distance. Breakfast is a joy with so much choice and everything of good quality. Roof top bar is a must see.

Staff were really hospitable, the hotel itself is beautiful and in a wonderful location with a Greta view of the Duomo from the rooftop bar
