Great location and lovely spacious room. Nice breakfast and fabulous staff, particularly Amanda on reception who was so helpful. We loved the bar/lounge area and the coffee was great.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Florence. It was central to everything that we wanted to see. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
