Hotel was very centrally located, very clean, modern and tastefully done. Staff were all very friendly as well as helpful with food recommendations as well as site seeing. And breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent hotel very centrally in Florence. The staff were absolutely fantastic and very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be better and the hotel was modern and chic. The room was also great. We had a superior room I believe but it was well worth it. The breakfast was very good and the atmosphere in the lobby/dining area was always cosy and nice. I will be staying here when we visit the next time as well.

The property was exceptional. Staying in hotels for the past 30 years as an airline employee, you very quickly know if a hotel is bad, average, good or great. The staff were incredible and genuine.
