I really loved the host's attitude towards tourists. Upon arrival Michel presented me a detailed instruction on what to explore in Florence, from museums to shops and restaurants and I basically managed to plan my route in the city thanks to his guidance. He was also in touch throughout my stay in the apartment. The apartment is very cosy and feels like home, it's even possible to cook there. The location is perfect, only 3 min from Palazzo Pitti! I stayed there in February and the apartment was well heated.

The host that greeted us was absolutely amazing. He gave us loads of spots to go to and his recommendations for food were outstanding. The hotel is in a perfect place nothing is too far on foot. Big rooms and comfortable too. It was lovely all in all.
