Location was good , had a balcony too. Easy to check in and we were early but our room was ready.

Very close to the train station so not far to walk with cases. Plenty of places to eat on the door stop. Not far from most of the points of interest. Close to the central market. Fresh warm croissants and coffee of choice delivered to your room in the morning. Friendly, helpful staff. Building was secure with multiple entrance points. A great base for exploring Florence for 2-3 days. A small communal area to sit and relax outside of the rooms with, microwave and fridge. There was a coffee machine to use just needed €1 for coffee pod.

Very kind welcome. Very close to the train station, and to the bus stop from Siena. Everything was clean and comfortable. Perfect for 1 person.
