We were able to leave our luggage early and there was a locker for our valuables. Enis answered all our questions with kindness. An extra bed was provided for my son, which I had not requested. The rooms were clean. Everyone was attentive and quiet in the common area. It was very nice to have coffee in the kitchen. It was close to the center and the train station. Thank you for everything.

Perfect set up, had amazing aircon and a spacious bathroom, even a balcony to have a wine on at the end of the days! Excellent location and the staff are super lovely too!
