We had a beautiful room, with a very large bathroom. Lovely dressing area, very spacious room. The bed was really comfortable, however I found the pillows not right for me. I used to suffer with neck problems, so this is no fault of the hotel. The toiletries were fantastic, I love it when hotels provide shower caps as having curly hair. I like to keep my hair dry during showers. The stuff amazing, really helpful and friendly. I asked for an omelette at breakfast which was cooked a perfection, nothing was any problem to anybody, always friendly and helpful staff. Checking very easy, the lady at Reception gave us a map and marked out Where we should go to see, which is really helpful and really made our trip! We’ve booked again to stay at the Floren in a few months time and can’t wait.

Location is excellent, very central, close to the train station and the best shopping area and restaurants at the same time. Rooms are great, with attention to detail, and very clean. Staff is very polite, and the breakfast was also tasteful.

Check-in was warm and seamless by the Concierge Antonio, his ever-smiling and friendly colleague with the bun and the bellhop promptly taking care of our luggage to our room. The reception staff were outstanding in their hospitality and efficiency throughout our stay. The hotel is excellent—comfortable, clean, modern, and well worth the money. Housekeeping also did a great job. Special mention must go to all the Breakfast staff who were attentive, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast spread was wide, high-quality, and well organized. Dora stood out for her efficiency, friendliness, and going the extra mile guiding us around Florence.
