The property was new and very clean. The staff helpful with directions etc. It is easy to get around Florence from the hotel. We were able to leave our suitcase there and enjoy our final day of our trip.

Very comfortable rooms - good size for a family of three! Clean and nicely designed rooms and communal areas! Breakfast very nice! Staff extra friendly and helpful! Helped us with information for the city and with reservations for restaurants! Would return for sure in the future!

Location was excellent, we had a tripple room, it was spacious and very well equipped, the room was maintained each day by house keeping a big shout out to the reception staff who were extremely help full, to Thomas and Andrea who were just amazingly helpful also, would definitely stay in this hotel again

Location is excellent for walking to all main Florence attractions. Room quality is very high. Buffet breakfast was excellent.
