I didn't manage to stay at the property due to the issues they had and they booked us to their parent hotel, which was not something that we planned for so asked for a partial refund. I was honestly impressed with how smoothly and kindly everything was handled by the hotel team—especially Federico. He went above and beyond by not only keeping me updated, but even messaging me with helpful information before I had the chance to follow up myself. His communication was always timely, professional, and genuinely caring. While the situation wasn’t ideal, Federico’s support really turned it around and made me feel valued as a guest. It’s rare to receive such proactive and personal service, and I truly appreciate the effort. Thank you again, Federico and the team, for making a difficult moment feel much easier to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, everything was clean, and the room was cleaned regularly. The fridge was always stocked with water. There were plenty of towels, soap, shower gels, and hair products. On the first day of our stay, we had trouble opening the doors — a guy named Frederico came in the middle of the night and quickly helped us open them. Big thanks to him! The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, and there’s air conditioning. I really enjoyed my stay.

We loved our stay and only wished it could have been longer. The room was much bigger than we expected, with a bedroom on a mezzanine. All rooms located within a lovely courtyard with a garden, so very quiet and peaceful. We had one small issue, one of the shower door hinges was broken and some water leaked out, but we took photos of it straight away and told the front desk, who very kindly offered us a free breakfast the next day.
