The location was outstanding, right in front of the Duomo, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The reception staff were very friendly and provided excellent assistance. We stayed for two nights, and although there was no towel or sheet change, the room was cleaned and the bed was made, which we appreciated.

The hotel location is exceptional. Just 10 mins walking from the train station, literally in front of Duomo of Santa María di Fiore. A strategic place if you are a traveler that is going to wander and explore the city without staying large periods of time in the hotel facilities. The owner is also nice and kind and welcoming.
