The hotel and facilities are amazing, the overall 7 rating is because of location which was quiet but a long way from town and the trains are VERY crowded getting into the centre.

It was clean , smart , modern - just a little far out but would stay there again . Hotel free shuttle to tram was great

We liked the bar and leisure area on the ground floor. The shuttle bus to the tram stop was good.
