Spacious comfortable and very clean. It was located in a lovely quiet street with the benefit of a secluded garden. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Just a short walk across the bridge and we were in the centre of the city.

Fabulous house in very good condition and in a fantastic area that is not so touristy which was perfect for us to get the real feel of Florence. So easy to get to all the best parts of town and a stones throw from the Arno. Plenty of fabulous restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Period property close to beautiful squares, less touristy restaurants etc. and the river. You feel like a local when you stay here and it feels personal. Beautiful garden and loved that my room opened out onto it. High quality fresh bed linen. Incredibly welcoming and helpful owners. Perfect stay.

Great location in a vivid, young area of Florence, just around the corner of the Piazza di Santo Spirito. Despite the "vivid" surroundings, the apartment is totally quiet, as all windows lead to the garden, where you also have a nice spot to sit and a great terrace.´ We also enjoyed the very Italian and personal interior style - as well as the generous welcome gesture (Prosecco, lemon soda, fresh fruit, salty bites)
