Lovely large room with fantastic high ceiling. Full kitchen to use if required. Great murial on the wall. Bed very comfy. Portable air conditioning unit to use if required. There are steep steps to the apartment . Fantastic position just around the corner from the Piazza Della Signoria where you can see the statue of David. Close by is the Uffizi gallery for art lovers. Just 6 minute walk to the Piazza del Duomo where you can see Giottos Bell Tower, Bapistery and Duomo. Be warned it is very busy with tourists and guided tours. You need to buy tickets to see all these buildings. Great little place for breakfast just down from the apartment is Paola E Francesca (great pistachio croissants) and had great evening meals at Auditore and Buca Di Poldo (just off square). If flying into Florence airport take T2 tram to Santa Maria Novella Station and then apartment is 1.5 km (20 minute walk). You will be met by someone who gives you the keys. Vincent the host is lovely.
