We loved everything about this property- location- design-comfort-value. The room’s high ceiling made the space feel even more spacious. We had a courtyard room and loved walking through a cozy alfresco area. The staff gave us a very personal experience and made us feel at home. The room had everything we needed for our stay and the bed was super comfortable.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Although it was advertised as a hotel, in reality, the concept felt more like apartments within a hotel, but this did not affect the quality of the stay in any way. Inside, there is a charming little courtyard that enhances the overall impression and perfectly matches the Florentine style. The rooms were exceptional, decorated in the architectural style of Florence. Cleanliness, comfort, and all the necessary amenities were provided — in the bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom — everything was of a very high standard. There are absolutely no negative comments, only the most positive ones. The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the city centre and 10 minutes from the railway station. There were some construction works on the street outside, but this did not affect the quality of our stay — if anything, it shows that in the future, the area around the hotel will be even better arranged. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They welcomed us at a time outside of their regular working hours, making an exception for us, which we greatly appreciated. They explained everything regarding the stay as well as travel tips for Florence. Several times, they proactively offered assistance to make our stay and our visit to Florence even more comfortable. A big compliment to the hosts and the staff! Just Excellent! We travelled through several cities, including Milan, Rome, and Venice, and even stayed at well-known brand hotels, but this hotel made our stay in Italy brighter, more colourful, and the most comfortable of all four hotels we experienced.

This hotel was in a good location and was nice inside! We were only here for one night so probably didn’t get the full experience but can say that it was still quite nice. The rooms and bathrooms were quite spacious. We were in a 2 bedroom (the room in the photo is the second room so the main one is much bigger I just didn’t get a photo) Overall very clean. Note there is stairs in the apartment.
