Lovely staff, a characterful and very Italian pensione-style hotel and SO clean, not a hint of dust even in the massive oak rafters.

Very clean hotel. Spacious and comfortable room with modern bathroom facilities. Good breakfast choice. Very helpful staff and excellent location to Florence old town and historic places.

The location of the hotel is great, it is slightly away from the city centre (about 2km ish), cuts away from the tourist crowd. The room is way bigger than I honestly expected with fantastic staff at the reception and the breakfast is solid if not spectacular. P.S. check out the Lampredotto at Trippaio Albergucci Mario, 5mins from the hotel.

The location opposite the park. The spacious elegant room. Spotless bathroom very well appointed. The staff. Helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to ensure all was well for us.
