We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Host: Massimo was a fantastic host. He was extremely welcoming, even stopping to check how we were getting on when we happened to pass him in the street. He also had some great reccomendations for places to eat! Location: The area felt very safe and was perfectly situated near authentic local restaurants and cafes. Only a 15 minute walk into the centre too. Room: Our room was impressively spacious and very quiet - ideal if you are after a peaceful place. Cleanliness: Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained.

The rooms decor was very fitting to the beautiful city of florence and the bed was noticeably extra comfortable. It was very hard to resist a sleep in. Massimo was a great host arriving on time to handover the keys and gave great suggestions of the area we were staying.

Massimo was so helpful. I was checking in out of hours and he was always in contact to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. The room was incredibly quiet and peaceful and walking distance to all my favorite restaurants. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. Thank you so much!
