Location was good - 30 minute walk to the city centre and a big space for parking. We were able to park a few hours before check-in.

First of all, thanks to the host lady for being responsive and helpful. Location of the house was great and very practical, it had gated parking which is rare. Breakfast was also good and host guided us very well for our city visit.

The free parking was excellent and the grounds and the room were clean. The breakfast was good..but make sure to ask for what you want as they bring it out in bits..so we missed out on ham and cheese on our first day. We also had to ask for coffee rather than being asked or told what was available. Quite a bit out of main Florence but 10 minute walk to bus stop for a number 23 which stops near the uffizi. There is a vending machine with drinks in reception area..you need cash for this.
