The accommodation was spacious and well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. Located in the heart of the city, the rooms are completely quiet once the windows are closed. Breakfast is provided at a nearby café. It was a perfect stay.

Fantastic location, just a 3min walk to the Duomo. Many good restaurants nearby and a great breakfast. It was super clean, and despite the location, it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful

The accommodation was confortable, with large bed and 2 pillows of different thickness, which was nice. Breakfast in nearby café with coffee, croissant, fresh fruits and yogourt. We liked the possibility of leaving our bags on first and last day. Excellent location

Great location, 15 minute walk from Sta. Maria Novella train station, but best of all is it’s 3 minutes from Piazza del Duomo. Nothing like walking out the main door and seeing Brunelleschi’s dome just a few hundred meters away. The room was nice and tidy, the bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning and wi-fi were nice additions too. I was in contact with one of the staff via WhatsApp and he/she was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We had some small issues with the heating and electricity the first night and he/she was very helpful. Breakfast is at a nearby cafe and included fruit salad, yoghurt, pastry, juice, water and/or coffee. Since there are normally no personnel in the facility I would recommend asking if you can stay in contact with someone from the hotel via WhatsApp. The reaction time is shorter for questions or requests.
