It is at a fantastic location very near to train station SNM Firenze and the city bus stop is just outside the gate The tourist bus is also about 100 mtrs The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good Breakfast was Italian very well spread with multiple choices one can have

Only 10 minutes away from town center. Excellent breakfast. Well organized and comfortable room/bathroom. Our receptionist Christian was very friendly and helpful.

1. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff (Giada), also they went out of their way by adjusting the normal breakfast times to accommodate for the marathon runners. 2. The receptionists were really helpful (Ousmane and Christian) 3. The room was really nice 4. Excellent location

The Front Desk staff, Christian and Matteo, were very helpful. They gave suggestions on the options for our stay, arranged transport, gave tips and made the stay a most enjoyable one. The breakfast was also good value for money, and the staff there very friendly and helpful.
