I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the wonderful staff. The two guys and the lady at the front desk I met on August8th were friendly and welcoming, and they upgraded our rooms. The two ladies in the breakfast area "Especially the Moroccan lady" were also super nice and helpful. And I appreciated the help from the two guys on our last day, who assisted us with a late checkout by keeping two of our rooms available. "You can tell that I'm very bad with remembering names" The hotel's location is convenient, just a short walk from the train station. One downside was the neighborhood, which wasn't the best. I wish the hotel was located in a different area. But overall, a great experience thanks to the staff's warmth and kindness

Convenient and comfortable. We booked last minute , and we got free upgrade to a massive room with a balcony. Big thanks to the night staff. The stay is short but sweet. We explored the neighbourhood and found very nice truffle pasta.

Location - Silent street around the corner to busy railway satation - easy 300m form airport tram and 15 min walk to city center oe sights. Balcony Even when you don't have breafast you can get a cup of good barista coffee to go. Cood aricondtioning durong heatwave( +38)C) Large bed Vuew to old monastery.

Location was great as it was close to the train station and easy to walk to with luggage. Close walking distance to many tourist sites, restaurants and shopping. The concierge were very helpful calling us taxis and giving other advice. Breakfast at an additional cost was a good value, tasty and a nice selection.
