Loved the customer service! The staff added so many little details like a welcome later, welcome drink and a pasta gift. Nice rooms and nice bar area. Quiet enough at night.

Location of the hotel is perfectly located, a 3min walk from the central station and perfect walking distance into the centre of Florence. Would recommend to anyone thinking of booking. Rooms were clean spacious, bed was comfortable.
