Overwhelmed by the support, greetings and welcome I received at your hotel. Starting from the check in time (i believe this is the most crucial.point in every hotel stay) , Mr.Marcel was helpful and guiding us with all what we needed. How to reach the spots, whats the best way to do it, you name it, he had answer for everything. Bartenders Ricardo Victoria and Lorena are some others that I would like to highly applaud and thank for their service at the hotel. Once again a special thanks to help management for making our stay wonderful and memorable. Points: just next to florence train station Amazing service by staff Awesome breakfast

The location with Florence central train station being right opposite was very convenient. The city centre was a short and comfortable walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable with a balcony and side view of the Duomo. Breakfast as very good and varied. The staff was what made this hotel even more special - they were very welcoming, very helpful and a real pleasure to deal with for any queries or assistance. Heartfelt thank you to Igor, Marcel and Evelina for taking care of us so well at reception and the manager for our room upgrade. Also thank you to the lady at breakfast and the cleaning staff on our floor. We highly recommend this Florence hotel.

Right across the central station. Everything is walkable from the hotel. Pretty and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. AC works perfectly.
