Prior to arrival , there was great communications and useful information on what is about. Was met by Niccolo around midnight (Thank you for that) owing to it being the last flight in by KLM so didn’t really see much of the surrounding area. We were left to navigate around the apartment and the booklet helped but wasn’t much we needed and was told, leave the keys in the dish, shut the door and go on our day of departure. Shower was good, bathroom was good, rooms clean the double glazing was needed and cut out 90% of all the noise. Worth every euro, And there's a restaurant with good food, next door and a great little supermarket opposite the front door ( best price for gastronomy and basics) , 300m away is the Central Market if you want specialist traditional food, wine and ingredients.

The apartment is located in the very center of Florence, near to landmarks, restaurants, fashion shops. Beds are comfortable and the air conditioning works right.

Centre of everything! Easy to walk everywhere and only 10minutes walk from railway station. Nicco very responsive and Massimo gave us good places to go where the locals go for market.

Very spacious and clean with big living area and two separate bedrooms, comfortable beds. Central location, two minutes walk to the Duomo, 15 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio, 15 minutes to the train station, and tram direct from the airport. Great communication (in English) from the host.
