We enjoyed our short stay at Borgo Rooms so so much. The room was beautiful, we stayed in the Ambre room - one of the comfiest beds I have ever stayed in!! The bed linens were superb. Room also smelt amazing, all the reed diffusers and toiletries are from the perfumery opposite the guesthouse. Carlotta was an outstanding host - so friendly and welcoming! Answered any questions we had. The breakfast prepared for you by Carlotta is such a lovely touch and well appreciated. She also brought us an aperitif when we arrived which was well received! There is a communal kitchen which has a fridge with bottled water and wine alongside teas and coffee which you can use as part of your stay. There are only 4 rooms in the guesthouse and as a result was beautifully quiet. Location is superb - just around the corner from the Santa Croce cathedral and square. Good walking distance to many other spots. Quiet enough location to enjoy some peace from the busy streets of Florence.

Stunning rooms, lovely staff and great location in a quiet street in the city center. Really clean and it smelled lovely. Comfortable big bed. Would recommend and would book again. T2 from the airport to the city takes around 20-30 minutes, costs €1.70 and you can pay contactless on the tram (don’t queue for a ticket) and from there it‘s a 20 minute walk to the hotel (very crowded). Worth the walk but if you travel with a lot of luggage, best to take a taxi or a bus

Beautiful rooms in a great location, close to Ufizzi. Nice simple breakfast in the morning. Carlotta was very friendly and a great host. She gave us a super recommendation for dinner.
