We absolutely loved this accommodation! Carlotta is a wonderful host. She was extremely welcoming, kind and generous, happy to offer advice and recommendations in such a friendly and genuine manner. The only issue was the noise from the street outside at night but we loved everything else about the place so it it didn't really matter to us. The space, the decor, the breakfasts and all the additional extras truly made Borgo Signature Rooms a very special place!

Super exciting journey in Florence with Carotta. Thanks a lot for all arrangements. She is sooo nice. The room is excellent. Just like enter a 18th century story. The trip is unforgettable. Will 100% sure back to Florence and Borgo.

Quirky and intimate. Individual styled rooms with expert use of natural materials with nods to Florentine style. Comfortable temperature and ability to open windows when needed. On a quiet street virtually traffic free. Best position to walk to all attractions Nothing was too much trouble for Carlotta who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible an excellent and warm host.

Carlotte met us when we arrived and made us feel so welcome! She showed us our room and the facilities and we were blown away. Such beautiful interiors, comfortable beds and superb bed linen. And a bonus outside terrace... Superb. We were shown the kitchen where she supplied orange juice, coffee and the best banana bread. We will be back 🙌

Everything about Borgo Signature Rooms is perfect. Carlotta is an amazing host, her attention to detail is fantastic and she really made us feel at home. The rooms are gorgeous, really well designed and the beds are super comfy. We also had a lovely balcony and Carlotta made us breakfast both mornings so we could eat on the balcony - lovely fresh organe juice, eggs, fruit and coffee. Perfecto! The location is also great, super central and easy to get everywhere. Carlotta went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay - thank you and we can't wait to come back xxxx
