The apartment was in a good position. It was about 10 min from center on foot.Additionally,the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

The location is great. The balcony and yard beautiful. The kitchen is very good organised and has sufficient stuff for a few days usage.

The hotel is very well located, making it convenient to access the Santa Maria Novella train station and nearby attractions. The garden is absolutely beautiful, a nice place to relax. The overall atmosphere is quiet, and the property feels safe, which added to our comfort during the stay.

Great location in a secure gated complex. Daniella was prompt and informed us of all the main points for access and use. She was also available by phone for a query. The apartment was modern and clean with a lovely terrace. It was well equipped but bring a corkscrew as there wasn’t one and there were no ice cube trays in the freezer. There were washing machines and dryers available for use in the basement (small fee). The only negative point was regarding the air conditioner. They did not supply the remote so on the last night, which was warm, we had to open the windows and were bitten by mosquitoes.
