Alessandra was a great host! And the location was very good. The room was amazing with the wooden walls and decoration. The best room ever! We'd come again.

Excellent location near Santa Croce area. Room was really modern and finished to high standards. Alessandra was really helpful in assisting us with any queries we had and was always available to answer. Staff at breakfast bar were really nice and kind, lovely people to serve you breakfast each morning :)

Outstanding location, perfectly situated for the major attractions. Accommodation was excellent, clean, interesting and comfortable. We would have no hesitation in recommending Benci House for those visiting central Florence.
