Air conditioning did not work throughout a heatwave. However the manager May was exceptional and offered us her own office fan extra.

The staff was wonderful. So down to earth and helpful. Switching between Italian and English to include everyone. Got a coffee in the morning and the included breakfast was great! Easy to store any of your own stuff in the fridge as well. The terrass has a spectacular view of the city centre. Perfect for a nice breakfast. Couldn’t be placed better. Didn’t hear any noise from the streets.
