Very nice room. Great location. Walking distance to everything a Tourist might want to see and enjoy in Florence. Our room for max. 3 had a great balcony and view over Florence.

The property sits just outside the centrico district where all the major tourist attractions will be found. We saw this as a benefit as there was little noise. The apartments are found on the fifth floor and enter is through a secured front door, then a relative small lift or flights of stairs. The rooms were clean and value for money. Plenty of hot water and amazing views across the city landscape. We had 501 & 502. 501 was the bigger and had the best views. We felt all the amenities with both rooms were of good standards. Breakfast was simple but more than adequate.

This is a charming B&B. My room was very comfortable and clean and there was a glorious view from my little balcony. The staff were delightful. Excellent t breakfast.
