Marcello at the front desk was beyond exceptional! He made my trip to Florence unforgettable with his kindness and recommendations. On top of that the room had everything I needed and was comfortable. I would've paid much more just for that view and the rooftop terrace. And to my surprise the breakfast had so many options and was delicious. The easy access, unbeatable location. Amazing value!!! I would go back to Florence just to stay here and say hi to Marcello!

Located right in the heart of Florence. The view from the room is just wonderful. Friendly staff and good services. Very good air conditioning in the room.

The location was great, right in the heart of Florence, next to the Duomo, with a huge range of options for drinking, eating, shopping around. It is about 12 min walk from the trein station. About 8 min walk to the Accademia and 7 min walk to Ufizzi. The owner very polite and welcoming, as well as the other staff. The bed was very comfortable, the matress and pillows were very good! Spacious, clean room. Breakfast was fine, you could select among different options. Very good coffee! The pancakes were really great! Breakfast starts at 7:30, and it could be stressful if you have early tickets for one of the museums.
