Couldn’t get any closer to main piazza where duomo is - location is fabulous! Staff lovely and communication beforehand great Breakfast continental but nice , fresh croissants 😊 nice breakfast room but we also took breakfast in our room some days too Room very clean and decor in keeping with Florence Roof terrace fantastic - you. can take your own refreshments up there , plenty of seating

Wonderful place with a view of the cathedral. Access to the terrace 24 hours a day. Nice breakfasts, very comfortable and functional rooms. Carol at the reception is extremely kind and incredibly helpful. She will assist with everything.

I booked this accommodation solely because it offers a rooftop terrace with close-up views of the cathedral. The view was fantastic, the staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean, although the old-fashioned decor wasn't to my taste.
