Cozy place, incredible placement in the city (amazing food and things to visit in walkable distance). Breakfast was delicious, so was the coffee. The staff were amazing, cheerful and of course helpful. Would definitely come again.

Exceptionally nice hostess, Benedicta couldn't do enough to help us. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, home made marmalade for brek lovely! There was a water fountain in reception so you were never short of water. Beautiful pictures on the walls, lots of little home touches all of a very high standard

Absolutely great location in Florence, the place is in a nice quiet little street in the Santa Croce area, from where all tourist attractions are within walking distance and you can also explore some of the nice and not so touristy Florence
