We got a family room even though we were just 2, so the room was very spacious and the bathroom too. It had a tiny balcony, and it was also super clean. The owner was really calm and cool, she offered help to park the car, and also helped us with some tips on where to eat and visit. The location is outside of Firenze in a residential area, but by bus it takes you around 15-20minutes and if you walk a good 25/30 minutes, but it's a nice walk by the river.

The hostess was very welcoming and helpful in giving us tips to explore the city and for places to eat near the property. The location is very good - even though it's not on walking distance to the historic center, the main attractions are reachable by bus in ~15 minutes and the neighbourhood is very quiet (great café and pastry shop just 2 minutes away!). The room was very clean, comfortable and had all the amenities as advertised, and we also had access to a common kitchen area to prepare meals if needed.

We had a great stay in Florence, the location is easily accesible by bus to the train station or to the city center. I loved the location as it was very clean and quiet and close to the river. And of course our host, Chiara was very friendly and helpful!
